Equipment Rental

Booth Equipment Provided

• 10'x10' Booth Space.
• One 8' tall draped back drop, two 3' tall side drapes (one side drape for corner booths).
• One 110 electrical outlet 5 amps or 500 watts maximum per booth space. If extra electricity is needed, it can be purchased from Back Stage Electric, (see equipment rental).
• A maximum of up to four Vendors-only passes per booth space, for exhibitor and staff that are working in the booth.  Exhibitor must sign up under vendor passes to receive (see vendor passes).
• One list of brides registered at the show sent via email.
• One year web page link on CWBSA website.
• CWBSA will NOT PROVIDE ANY TABLES. If you need tables, they can be rented from, Bear Trade Show Services, (see equipment rental).

Central Washington Bridals Show will not be involved or take any responsibility for any private rental. Chairs will be provided for those who want them.
