Booth payment due, last day at $450 per booth.

September 14, 2011

Board meeting 7pm, Redlion, open to all CWBSA exhibitors.

October 15, 2011

Board meeting 7pm, Redlion, open to all CWBSA exhibitors.

October 31, 2011

Exhibitor must be admitted to CWBS to be eligible to submit an exhibitor profile and planning tip to the CWBS magazine.

November 1, 2011

Price goes up $100 per booth.

November 9, 2011

Board meeting 7pm, Redlion, open to all CWBSA exhibitors.

November 15, 2011

Advertising deadline for exhibitors advertising in the CWBS magazine.

November 30, 2011

Remove exhibitors from website that have not returned contract.
Booth payment due, last day at $550 per booth.
Exhibitor must be admitted to CWBS to be listed in the CWBS magazine resource directory.

December 1, 2011

Price goes up $100 per booth.
Last day to apply for a booth height restriction variance.
Show closes for adding exhibitor, all contacts are due.

December 14, 2011

Board meeting 7pm, Redlion, open to all CWBSA exhibitors.

December 23, 2011

List of personnel working in your booth due (badge names).
Last day to submit door prize, if you want it posted in the lobby.

January 7, 2012

Exhibitors move into Convention Center 11:00 am - 6:00 pm (Sat.).
Exhibitor badge pickup, front desk at bridal show 11:00 am– 6:00 pm.

January 8, 2012

Exhibitors move into Convention Center 6:00 am- 9:00 am (Sun.).
Exhibitor badge pickup, front desk at bridal show 8:00 am– 2:00 pm.
All booths setup and ready to receive the brides 9:00 am.
BRIDAL SHOW, doors open for business 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.
Fashion show, at the bridal show: first show @ 3:00 pm and second show @ 4:00 pm (south ballroom).
Exhibitors move out 3:00 pm- 9:00 pm (NO EARLY TEARDOWN).
